Group Training: What’s Included

Posture Assessment

Come in separately or receive it during your first session. *Based on availability

Goal Setting

In your consultation, discussion, and provided forms, you will define your goals and determine what your training will do for you!

Strength Training

Based on what we see in the individual session, you will receive guided training exercises that you will complete in studio with personalized checks.

Mobility

Whether it is foam rolling, stretching, or strengthening, exercises are assigned to improve strength and day-to-day discomfort!

Community

Get to know the other individuals that you work out with to support and encourage each other while also having a fun time working out!

Online Program

You have a pre-programmed workout going into each session in your app. You can also access & complete this at home on your own for more results!

How Small Group Training Works

General Program

  • Online tracking and workouts to track so you can complete what was done in the session at home.
