The first question that I ask is “What are you training for?” And more often than not, most of us aren’t training for anything. In fact what we are really trying to do is to re-train our body and mind. We’ve become stuck, lost, hurt, somewhere along the road and fallen off our proverbial “horse.” We’re training for life because we want to feel stronger, happier, TO FEEL OURSELVES AGAIN! I, Julia Fuller understand because I once too was stuck, just like this, now I enjoy help others to get motivated to get unstuck through movement and personal training.

What is the benefit?

Support through an online coaching format delivers a holistic approach to fitness training and health coaching. Your coach, Julia, will program workouts to achieve your fitness goals, support you in health & wellness challenges, and guide you based on your needs and feedback. This format allows you to train on your own time and with all of your needs considered to obtain optimum results.

Can you achieve the same results as in person?

You can actually achieve better results in the online method than you may in person. Although immediate feedback can be helpful, consistency, education on movement concepts, and exercise variation will give you a more well-rounded approach to fitness and movement without having to meet up with a trainer multiple times a week. This approach can save you time, money, and sanity by clearing away the noise on the internet by having a coaching resource in your pocket!

How is this different than a free program I found online?

Any program can work if you stick to the plan… the problem is finding a workout routine and plan you actually enjoy and will stick to. You can skip all the time and hassle you would spend looking for the perfect program with minimal to no support by working with a coach that will listen to your needs, interests, and limitations to tailer a holistic plan for you. The amount of support you will have through online programming is vast and can give you all you need and more to achieve anything you desire when it comes to your fitness, health, and wellness.

What if I know what I enjoy for fitness, but I want to get stronger?

Let’s refine your skills to feel stronger, more efficient, and more in control while participating in the thing you love to do! You’ll also be introduced to cross-training specific to your activities, skill drills, and other techniques that will refine your skill from multiple avenues. If you want to perform at your peak, this will help you get there!

Achieving functional results…

Reach optimal results by involving your brain to make movement feel stronger and more enjoyable while you progress consistently. You’ll learn to work with, rather than against your body in training, through educational materials, weekly group Q&As, and attentive training.

If you are new to exercise, the first step is getting you to move more and do it on a consistent basis. Beyond that, the needs of other individuals are extremely varied and will be decided based on physical & postural assessments, form checks, workouts targeted toward your needs, and feedback. The more advanced the individual, the more the movements will be fine-tuned to destroy plateaus.

You can plan on a program that consists of movements that promote strength, endurance, mobility, balance, mind-body awareness, and body control at your level.

This program can be tailored to your skill level and access to supplies and time.

Get started with an enrollment call where we will go over your current challenges, needs, and health history to establish a starting point. The program length can vary based on the individual’s needs, determined in your enrollment call, with a minimum commitment of 12 weeks to allow for the best results.

Program Support Structure:

  • Weekly Zoom Group Q&A for live support

  • 2 individual 15-30 minute check-in calls throughout the program

  • Ongoing support options after finishing your initial program

Kind of like many health-care professionals, many personal trainers prefer to stick to the surface as such, they work primarily with muscles and physical results.

How important physical results are to you, determines which personal trainer is right for you. If you want to compete in weightlifting, you want a personal trainer with a record in getting people there. My [Julia Fuller] record in personal training revolves more around corrective exercise, mobility, and functional movement. Corrective exercise is more like physical therapy but, with the idea of building and restructuring rather than repairing and getting back to a baseline.

My goal in personal training is to re-train your body to move correctly so that it can support itself in the ways it should naturally. Functionality is different for us all and will change over the course of our lives, so training should target the things you need to function more effectively. In combination with general training for full-body mobility (strength in flexibility) and exercises that are functional to your life, we will keep you on track to hit your goals.

I believe there is A LOT more to fitness & training than just programming a hard workout each week. Through education and practice, I am determined to bring you the best methods and tools to make progress, while also looking at you as the unique individual you are to plan and program.

Every day is a new day and we want to be there for you however you show up. I’m here to help you achieve tough results through joint health and strength building, giving you the chance to face everything life throws at you. My goal is to arm you with the knowledge so you can build on a strong foundation without confusion or fear!

Your mind likely needs more training than you may realize! When we are babies, our bodies learn to move in efficient ways, but unfortunately, the society that we live in pulls us away from that efficiency. It is my job to help you bring your nervous system back into your training! We will move differently and show the body how we want it to move, allowing you to build strength functionally (for you) and achieve a pain-free lifestyle.

This kind of personal training hits just a bit differently, we’re retraining you physically and mentally to be a stronger self. So whether you are in pain, exercise is just “not your thing,” or you just want to feel better overall, you are in the right place!
