Personal Trainer in Burlington, VT
Julia Fuller
Meet Julia Fuller, she didn’t particularly like moving until she moved to Vermont, when she began to find the joy of movement and the transformative power of sharing that joy with others. After graduating from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2014 with a Bachelors in Biomedical Sciences, Julia moved to Burlington, Vermont to work in the medical field.
Soon, Julia found herself working at UVM as a Dialysis Technician who was hopelessly addicted to swimming. Day by day, Julia began to enjoy moving. Her body didn’t hurt like it used to, she physically and mentally felt better, and she was having a blast doing it. This is when she noticed that her anxiety, depression, and “pain” had shifted. This began the thought process of working in more preventative work than traditional healthcare positions.
This realization ignited Julia’s passion to continually expand her knowledge base and refine her medical skills and knowledge to better understand healing through movement.
