TULA (meaning balance in Sanskrit) is a place for individuals looking to reach goals through various movement avenues. In our gorgeous space on College St. in downtown Burlington, Vermont we provide personal training, small group training, health coaching, events, and more. If you are a working professional who feels bound to a desk, maybe your body hurts a little, but you don’t want to go to the gym - Tula was created for you. Interested in using the space for yourself or your clients? We also rent out the space hourly for those who need space from time to time, but do not want to take on the responsibility of having their own!

At TULA, we focus on using movement and lifestyle balance-based practices to achieve your goals and live a happy, healthy life. Along with exercise, nutrition, sleep, and stress management, we also strive to help you learn more about other areas of wellness education by collaborating with local wellness professionals and businesses.
